Joan Pendleton (0) from Boston, USA, was amazed (1) see her neighbors drive away with a baby’s carrycot on the roof (2) their car – with their new baby still in it.
“We were (3) a hurry, Ken put the baby on the car roof because he (4) open the car door. Then we drove away,” (5) the baby’s mother, Sandy Bryson.
“We went about a hundreds yards down the road and then I turned round (6) check the baby. That’s (7) I found that he wasn’t there. I screamed (8) my husband, “Ken, where’s Tommy?” and he stopped the car.”
Fortunately, Tommy (9) fine. “I don’t know how it happened. We’re (10) lucky that he wasn’t hurt,” said Ken.
